Is writng a blog so hard to do?! Not really … but to my friend who is just starting out in the blogging world seem to be having a little issue with her writing of a blog. She seem to write as if everyone who wil come across her blog knows her personally. I really am not one to judge but I have been blogging for a little over 10 years. Yes 10 years. It is a little scary to say it like that. But I tried to explain to her how to write a “blog”. She looked at me like I had ten heads. I told her bascially you are writing to a bunch of strangers who have no clue where you are from. You need to introduce your items you are talking about, not everyone in the world will know what you are talking about. For example, she was talking about a cable cartoon show called “boondocks” and she typed out literally … “I want to discuss last night esisode of “Boondocks”, did anyone see it …” I told from that point she should have explain what the show was about, what channel to catch it on etc … Because I never heard of the show and had to ask someone was it was. People are not going to google thing you say just to find out what ou are talking about. You want to keep people interested, and after I read that line I was not interested and really did not want to finish the rest of the blog. She also jusmps around too much in her blog. She started out asking if anyone seen the show then referenced it to something in her life from a few year back, then reference that experience to another movie and never went back to talking about her original idea. I mean writing a blog should literally be like writing a essay for school. Even if you have so much to write about then maybe you should type out an outline first and go from there. You might find out later on that you have way too much to say for one blog and you will want to save another subject for another blog.
Okay I got that off my chest … it was bothering me. She asked me to read her blog and as a graphic designer, cristism come easy to me and I am not nice about it. If I don’t liek it I will tell you. So do you find that when it comes to writing out your blogs you have having any trouble? Or are you like me and think it like writing a essay paper?

AHHH! Summer 2010 has officially began and once again I have went MIA on this site. My apologies. So a lot has been going on… let’s break this down…
EX/POTENTIAL BOYFRIEND: So I have been hanging out a lot with Mr. Ex lately. I am so confused about him. His last girlfriend really fucked with his head, where he is like I want to be single. But there are all flirting and other sign going on with us that I know he wants something more. So I am like WTF?!? I tried to bring up the whole would youw ant to be a relationship thing, not mentioning with me … and he just says … after what I dealt with my last relationship I am just living the single life. So what do I do?! Do I give him more time then I have to heal over this girl? I need help!
WORK: Work has me going NUTS! I am currently on vacation this week and I have been enjoying every second of it. I feel like I have no life lately with work. They recently laid off 14 people from my job, two of which are my good friends. So everything has been NUTS there. I did pick up a freelance graphic job. I am building a website for my friends who are lawyers. So I am hoping to have it all done by Sunday. Cross my fingers!

LIFE: Nothing much besides boy drama and work going on. OH! My sister did get married on Tuesday. I am happy for her but totally pissed on how she did it. She went Las Vegas to get married and did not include anyone in it. I had to watch her say her vows on a live stream on the internet. How selfish is that?! After everything that we been through. I feel like we weren’t good enough to be there with her. But I am not going to rant and rave about it anymore. I have been trying to get over it and it is hard. That is someone that you grew up with and took care of … I dunno … let me shut up now before I say something I regret.
Well there is a little update
Happy Easter and Passover to everyone!
So this past Tuesday I woke up to get ready for work … I had recently brought some new tops for work because the weather here in NYC have gotten pretty nice. I had this one top that I didn’t have a pair of pants to go with. I had a pair of pants that my sister had left behind when she moved out. They were still new. I looked at the tag and they said they were a size 6. I said to myself, I will lucky if I can fit into these. I tried them one and they FIT! I was so excited that I finally can fit into a SIZE 6! I have lost 13 pounds in the past 2 months. I am pretty pround of myself. I still have about 13 more pounds to lose til I am will be at my happy weight. But it feels good to have people coming up to you saying “something is different with you. what is it? are you losing weight?” So people noticing make me happy.
It has been getting a little crazy at work. I feel like I am like ten people doing ten jobs. But I am only one person doing the ten jobs. I have keep creating to do list for myself to keep up. I really have to plan out my entire week, but that is the only way to time manage myself I guess. two more week it will b registration and I will sooo exhusted from it that I will working these crazy hours, but I will be working these crazy hours in four days and giving myself a 3 day weekend. So I am hoping I will be rested up from that.
Remeber back in January I posted about my ex always texting and flirting with me? We never had the chance to “hang” out since then. Well last weekend changed his relationship status back to “Single” on facebook. You never really seen comments from his girlfriend on his page nor ever any pictures of the both them together. Well tomorrow is the Mets trainging day at city field and I had tickets from me season plan there and my ex posted that he had tickets too. I told him I will be there, and he responded … that is great we need to make plans to meet up. So I will fill you all in on those details tomorrow if I have the chance to.
